I feel like I’m too old/young for this program, is it for me?

It’s never too early or too late for this! Some of the most sexually vibrant women I know are in their sixties and seventies. And how I wish I could have been introduced to this work as a teen, initiated into the world of conscious sexuality from the very beginning. For legal reasons I work with people 18 and over.

I already participated in a lot of workshops, how is coaching going to be different?

That’s great, I’m a big fan of group work. In 1:1 work, there is a full laser focus on your individual path. It allows for faster and more dramatic results. It helps to find blind spots which sometimes in a group work go undetected. Having your personal guide allows you to feel more safe and thus journey deeper within yourself, And you’re going to love the intimate and expert space holding I offer.  

Is this for the members of LGBTQ+ community? 

I care deeply about inclusivity and creating a safe container for people of all gender expressions and sexual orientations. That being said, I’m a heterosexual, bicurious, cis woman. My lived experience might not correspond with that of a queer person. Additionally, this program contains some gendered concepts and language. But if you feel called to work together, I’m honoured and I will do my best to hold safe space for you, and if I slip, to clean up my mistakes.
