I certainly didn’t feel that way, for a long time.

But after years of living in confusion and disconnection, I was done putting that part of my life off.

And I have a sense that’s where you are now.

You feel that sexuality is that big topic shrouded in mystery but you KNOW that it holds an important key to your evolution?

I have some bad and good news for you, I will start with the bad…

Since we're little we're taught to unconsciously disconnect from our power. How?

In taoist and tantric tradition, the source of our energy, our generator is in our root chakra, which is located in the genitals.
You might have heard the sentence “Sexual energy is life force energy”. The fountain of our personal fuel streams from our root chakra which is between our legs.
That means that we use energy for everything we do in life - relationships, work, children, creativity.
And also sex.

But the societal repression of sexuality and anything that has to do with “down there”, is cutting us off from that power source.

It’s not possible to partially close off access to energy. If it’s closed for one thing, it’s restricted for everything.

If you feel depleted, numb, disconnected, you might better understand why it could be.

**So does it mean that...**
... sexuality is not just about feeling great in the bedroom, it’s more than that?
Yes! It’s also a reclamation of power, the unlocking of your potential.
You might ask, what is power actually? I was also fuzzy on that subject for a long time...
Power means being able to alter your reality in the way that you envision it.
Or to put it more simply, power is getting what you want. And for that you need two things:

power = access to your energy + being centred in your truth (know what you want)

Because when you’re rooted in your truth you stop looking outside for answers.

And when you have energy to bring to life what your truth whispers to you, that’s how you get what you truly want.

And how does it tie back to orgasms and pleasure?

So often women operate their sexuality from what the outside world is telling us about how we should look, sound, perform, what is sexy and what is not - according to the male gaze.

And it’s very disempowering.

As if we were giving up our autonomy and self agency, with such an important sphere of life.

Reclaiming our bodies, our pleasure and the right to be a saint or a slut is what lies at the foundation of taking back our power.

It’s so liberating and it carries into the rest of your life.

Power is being connected to your center and trusting it so deeply that the only person you answer to is yourself.

Now, we’re onto the good news:

Sexuality is just like anything in your life - it can be trained. No matter where you start.

The truth is that we all have a beautiful vibrant sexuality, even if it seems totally out of reach.

You might feel like it’s lost but in truth it’s probably buried underneath layers of shame, trauma, numbness, societal conditioning.

I know how daunting it can be to stand in front of a wall separating you and your vibrant sexual core.

When I first approached it, it looked insurmountable! (hint: it isn’t!)

That’s why I’m so passionate about offering the guidance I so wish I had when I was ready to reclaim my pleasure and power.

Caused by trauma, our childhood wounding, unresolved emotions etc.

And to protect itself, our nervous system creates a sort of armor of numbness in the body.

And you know what it also affects?

How did I get here?

My journey with sexuality started very abruptly when I was little - I was sexually abused by a family member.

Through that experience, I unconsciously started placing my value on how sexually desirable I could be.

I always liked sex, felt pleasure and had access to various orgasms. But I was trying to look, sound, perform and be how I thought it SHOULD be done.

And that ultimately left me very underwhelmed at best.

Thankfully, in 2016 I discovered tantra and conscious sexuality and I heard the call, I was shown a whole different world.

I knew I wanted to assist others in that process, so in 2020 I completed the extensive Sex Love and Relationship coaching certification program created by Layla Martin.

I faced my traumas, I built safety in my nervous system and I went through a complete remodelling of my sexuality.

And let me tell you, it was like being reborn again! Like coming to myself and to the glorious sizzling potential of feeling good in my own body.

And being able to tap into my power, accessed through the freeing of my sexuality.

This is an online offering, all sessions take place via Zoom.

I feel like I’m too old/young for this program, is it for me?

It’s never too early or too late for this! Some of the most sexually vibrant women I know are in their sixties and seventies. And how I wish I could have been introduced to this work as a teen, initiated into the world of conscious sexuality from the very beginning. For legal reasons I work with people 18 and over.

I already participated in a lot of workshops, how is coaching going to be different?

That’s great, I’m a big fan of group work. In 1:1 work, there is a full laser focus on your individual path. It allows for faster and more dramatic results. It helps to find blind spots which sometimes in a group work go undetected. Having your personal guide allows you to feel more safe and thus journey deeper within yourself, And you’re going to love the intimate and expert space holding I offer.

Is this for the members of LGBTQ+ community?

I care deeply about inclusivity and creating a safe container for people of all gender expressions and sexual orientations. That being said, I’m a heterosexual, bicurious, cis woman. My lived experience might not correspond with that of a queer person. Additionally, this program contains some gendered concepts and language. But if you feel called to work together, I’m honoured and I will do my best to hold safe space for you, and if I slip, to clean up my mistakes.
