Splendid! So happy you're here. There is no experience necessary and it's very beginner's friendly. These practices can be used all along the path, whether you're starting or you're a seasoned user of those tools.

What if my partner is not into that stuff? 🤔

My partner wasn’t either until he tried it. You can always express to your significant other how important it is for you, and that you want to do it to connect deeper with them.
It’s also really cool to do something together for the first time!
And they will always have the option to participate to the degree that feels comfortable.

I’m not sure this is right for us, we just met. 🤔

This is a great way to start a new relationship because it sets the tone
for a way of relating that is so much more conscious and deliberate.

What if I won't be with my partner in person on Valentine's Day, can we still participate?👀

Yes, thanks to Zoom functionality you can "pin" your partner and do the practices with them remotely.

Do we have to do the practice in English? 👀

No, only the instructions will be in English and you can speak with your partner in the language you normally use with each other.
